Grazing: x1 premium European cheese (1kg); x1 Triple cream brie (1 Kg); honeycomb, x2 dips (hummus; beetroot, tzatziki or sweet potato); pâté, crudités (cut carrots, celery, capsicum and cucumber); caper berries; premium prosciutto and salami, cornichons; olives; nuts; dried fruit; strawberries and grapes; chocolate; Turkish bread, grissini and crackers

Canapés Selections: Bolognese arancini, porcini mushroom arancini, meat frittata, vegetable frittata, mini zucchini bruschetta, savoury tartlets, smoked salmon pikelets, stracciatella parcel, sweet potato parcel, tomato basil and bocconcini skewers

Petit Four Selections: Almond berry bite size slice, mini eclairs, mini pavlovas, salted dark chocolate and orange tartlet, lemon curd tartlet

Note: all table sizes receive the grazing selections, the number of canapés and petit fours selections are subject to the number of guests at your event. For 28-40 guests we recommend a selection of 8 canapés and 3 petit fours.  We can tailor to dietary and allergy requirements. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options are available, contact us for more detail.
